HEROTeam

During my time with GoPro, we activated over 200 events in 4 years.

In order to give every consumer the same experience within the GoPro Booth, I was in control of the HEROTeam. This team was the face of the brand at the events, their responsibilities ranged from giving expert knowledge, to troubleshooting & stoking out the guests. With a team of 50 individuals covering 13 different European regions (Languages), I insured that they had an annual training session as well as monthly update newsletters.

Day to day tasks of running the HEROTeam compiled of: Communication & Troubleshooting. As well as liaising with the agency which took care of logistics.
